The staff went above and beyond to have breakfast ready earlier than usual so our girls could eat before their games

Always enjoy staying here.... visit my sister in San jose a couple times a year and will not stay anywhere else besides Residence Inn or Springhill Suites. Both are exceptional!

Friendly staff. Did not realize there was a kitchen so that was a very nice plus. Even though no dining options I did appreciate the 24 hr food options. Breakfast was a big plus.

Staff was friendly, helpful and smiling at 1am when I checked in. Breakfast was far better than most hotel breakfasts, fresh, good variety, and everything was super clean.

The room, the breakfast and especially the staff are all wonderful everytime we stay here or the adjoining Springhill Suites. Definitely our go to in San jose, hands down!

The breakfast was awesome, staff was friendly and I thought the facility was very clean. I requested extra trash bags, a vacuum and razors. These all came to me free of charge and by friendly staff members.
